Lithuanian side, VJFM FORTUNA, continued their impressive run with a convincing 3–0 away victory against FK ATMOSFERA B.
The game began with FK ATMOSFERA looking to dominate possession, building up play from the back and trying to break down VJFM FORTUNA’s solid defensive structure. Early on, Lukas Tatarunas received a yellow card in the 18th minute after a reckless challenge while trying to win back possession. Moments later, Simas Rimantas of FK ATMOSFERA was also booked in the 29th minute for a dangerous foul on a VJFM FORTUNA player.
The turning point of the first half came when Noah Abolaji Salaudeen intercepted the ball and launched a brilliant solo run, dribbling past three defenders before being brought down by the last man, Mangirdas Stasys, who received a straight red card in the 38th minute. Despite the numerical advantage, the first half ended goalless.
The second half saw FK ATMOSFERA reduced to ten men, and VJFM FORTUNA quickly capitalized. In the 57th minute, Lukas Tatarunas opened the scoring with a fine finish. Just seven minutes later, Noah Abolaji Salaudeen—who has now recorded 13 goals and 4 assists in 17 matches—doubled the lead in the 64th minute with a composed strike.
Shortly after scoring, Salaudeen was substituted for Rafiu Babatunde, following the effects of a hard tackle he suffered in the first half.
FK ATMOSFERA made several changes in an attempt to turn things around:
• Titas Pucekas replaced Simas Rimantas
• Elvydas Galzaukis came on for Maximillian Ugochukwu
• Jokubas Skeivys replaced Arnas Andriejaukas
• Modestas Skirzgilas came on for Kenverlen Damian
VJFM FORTUNA remained in control, and in the 80th minute, Justas Cesnavicius sealed the victory with a third goal. The visitors later made tactical substitutions:
• Deimantas Jakubavicius for Augustinas Jancius
• Mohammadmehdi for Nikolas Oskinis
• Denisas Bradulis for Valarie Pakstas
• Rokas for Justas Cesnavicius
FK ATMOSFERA made their final change in the 86th minute, with Cymliakov Valentin replacing Karadas Najulis, but it made little difference as VJFM FORTUNA held firm to secure a dominant 3–0 win.
Another standout performance from Noah Abolaji Salaudeen, whose goal and leadership in midfield continue to drive VJFM FORTUNA’s success this season.
