The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe (JP AP), has highly commended the Commissioner of Police, Rivers State Command, Olugbenga Adepoju, for the effective enforcement of the directive of the Inspector-General of Police aimed at clearing highways and public roads across the state.
Amb. Ibe stated, “This proactive action is a significant step toward enhancing public safety, improving the free flow of traffic, reducing criminal activities along major routes, and restoring order in our public spaces”.
“We encourage the Rivers State Police Command to sustain this initiative while ensuring that it is carried out professionally, lawfully, and with due regard for the rights of citizens.”
