Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe (JP AP), the President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, has congratulated the New Sector Commander of the FRSC in Rivers State, Mr. Francis Ajatta, on his well-deserved appointment.
