The President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC and National President of the Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria, Ambassador Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has extended warm birthday felicitations to renowned businessman, philanthropist, and political stakeholder, Hon. Victor Tubotamuno Briggs, popularly known as “Don Global Tulutu,” as he marks his 45th birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message, Amb. Emeni Ibe described Hon. Briggs as an exceptional personality whose contributions to humanity, youth empowerment, and community development continue to impact lives positively across Rivers State and beyond.
He praised the celebrant as an international businessman in the Oil and Gas sector, a global investor, and the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of VicBriggs Nig. Ltd, as well as the Founder and President of the Victor Tulutu Briggs Foundation (VTBF).
According to Amb. Ibe, Hon. Briggs has remained a selfless, compassionate, bold, and outspoken leader who is always committed to the welfare of the people, especially the youths and less privileged in society.
He further described him as a friendly, jovial, accommodating, and generous individual with a heart of gold whose lifestyle continues to inspire many young people.
