The Orashi National Congress, ONC, a respected socio-cultural group in the Niger Delta, has felicitated with the Chief Whip of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Hon. Frankline Uchenna Nwabochi, PhD, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message signed by the President General of ONC, Ambassador Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, the group described Hon. Nwabochi as a visionary leader, bridge-builder and true public servant.

The Congress commended the Chief Whip for his leadership style, noting that he has remained a unifier who connects leadership, tradition, and the people.

As Hon. Nwabochi marks a new age, the Congress prayed for God’s continued grace upon his life and service.
