Dr. Mustapha Abdullahi, Director-General and Chief Executive Officer of the Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN) and President of the Nigeria Basketball Federation (NBBF), stood with other national leaders in Kaduna yesterday as residents turned out in large numbers to receive President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the flag-off of the APC 2027 presidential campaign rally.
