The Executive Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has congratulated former Governor Willie Maduaburochukwu Obiano, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a worthy son of Anambra whose eight years in office impacted on the state’s progressive development.
