The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress (ONC), Amb. Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has extended warm birthday felicitations to his beloved sister, Joy Ibe, on the occasion of her birthday anniversary.
In a goodwill message, Amb. Emeni Ibe described Joy Ibe as a caring, supportive, and wonderful woman, whose life continues to be a blessing to the family and society.
He expressed gratitude to God for preserving her life and granting her another opportunity to celebrate a new age in good health and happiness.
