The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, JP AP, has joined the Ekpeye people and well-wishers across the Niger Delta to celebrate His Imperial Majesty, Eze Sir Amb. Ekpeye Ngozi Anugwo, PhD, DSSRS, CNA, ACTI, FNIM, MNIMN, SFALPP, JP, AP, Eze Ekpeye Logbo III, Akalaka XII, on his birthday.
In a tribute issued by the ONC President General, he described the monarch as a symbol of wisdom, peace, courage, and fatherly love, whose reign has uplifted the Ekpeye ethnic nationality.
“Today, the drums of celebration echo across the land as we joyfully honour the birthday of our beloved monarch,” Amb. Ibe stated. “Your reign has brought dignity to our people, preserved the rich heritage of the Ekpeye Kingdom, and inspired generations through your selfless service and exemplary leadership.”
Amb. Ibe prayed for the King’s continued reign and well-being:
“As you celebrate another glorious year, may the Almighty continue to crown your life with divine favour, abundant grace, sound health, long life, and uncommon wisdom. May your throne remain secure, your strength be continually renewed, and your reign flourish in peace, unity, and prosperity.”
He added: “May your name forever be remembered among the great custodians of our heritage, and may future generations rise to celebrate the remarkable legacy you continue to build.”
On behalf of the Orashi National Congress, Amb. Ibe declared:
“Happy Birthday, Your Imperial Majesty! May your crown never lose its glory. May your reign continue to bring peace and prosperity. Long Live Eze Ekpeye Logbo III! Long Live Akalaka XII! Long Live the Ekpeye Ethnic Nationality!”
