President Bola Tinubu has expressed gratitude to Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for granting him and members of Nigeria’s delegation rare access to enter the Holy Ka’abah in Makkah and offer prayers.
Speaking on Monday, November 2, after performing Umrah, President Tinubu disclosed that he prayed for wisdom and resilience to continue serving Nigerians. He described the experience as a historic spiritual privilege and said he was grateful for the opportunity to pray inside Islam’s most sacred site.
