The President General of the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Ambassador Comrade Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has congratulated the Executive Chairman of Ahoada East Local Government Area, Rivers State, Hon. Solomon Abuba Ochoma, HFCAI, ICGHRM, MNIM, on his emergence as the Best Local Government Chairman in the Federation for 2026.
In a congratulatory message, Amb. Ibe described the award as well-deserved and a clear reflection of Hon. Ochoma’s commitment to grassroots development and accountable leadership.

The ONC President General noted that the recognition stands as a testament to the vision, dedication, and service the Ahoada East Chairman has demonstrated since assuming office.

Amb. Ibe prayed for continued wisdom and strength for the council boss to deliver more dividends of democracy to the people.
