The President General of the apex Niger Delta socio-cultural group, Orashi National Congress, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, has felicitated with the Natural Ruler of Ancient Akoh Kingdom, His Majesty Eze (Hon) Cassidy O. W. Ikegbidi, on the occasion of his birthday celebration.
