The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, (ONC), Amb. Comrade Emeni Ibe, has celebrated the Rivers State Commissioner of Police, CP Olugbenga Adewole Adepoju, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
