Renowned Igbo culture and tradition advocate, Dr Chuma-Odili Harris Udokamma, also known as Ogene Ogbunike, has congratulated the Governor of Anambra State, Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo CFR, on the conferment of the title of “Olu Atuegwu” on him by the Anambra North Traditional Rulers Council.
Ogene Ogbunike’s congratulatory message was contained in a statement made available to the media on Saturday in Awka.
He described the conferment of the title on Gov Soludo as a special recognition in celebration of the good governance and productive leadership Anambra has witnessed under his watch.
He commended the Governor “for working with enormous energy to make Anambra a liveable and prosperous homeland”, noting that “the transformational governance being witnessed in the state is an extraordinary legacy”.
“I thank the people of Anambra North for the enthusiastic welcome they’ve accorded Gov Soludo. Really, he enjoyed a profuse display of warmth from everyone; political leaders, traditional leaders, citizens.”
“Let me specially commend Governor Soludo for his vision and commitment to the development of Anambra State” Ogene Ogbunike said.
