Today, there is a rash of mystical or metaphysical encounters with Jesus by so called pentecostal preachers who draw the applause of mostly biblical illiterates. What they call revelation or rhema is nothing but what the Bible calls, ‘old wives fables’ (tales).
Most times, such encounters are products of hallucination and/or a bunch of cock and bull stories from fertile and satanic imagination.
Unfortunately, hustlers who call themselves pastors/apostles/prophets are preying on a largely ignorant and ungrounded believers who are in desperate need of spiritual thrills and excitement.
May God deliver this generation from tongue talking, slick and smooth talking devils draped in biblical titles and roles.
