The President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe (JP AP), has congratulated Assistant Inspector-General of Police (AIG) Olatunji Rilwan Disu, on his appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR as the Acting Inspector-General of Police.

Amb. Emeni Ibe said, “Not long ago, we celebrated your redeployment to Force CID Annex as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen leadership and operational efficiency within the Nigeria Police Force. And today, Mr. President has capped it up with your appointment as the Acting Inspector-General of Police”.

The fact is that you are a seasoned and highly experienced officer, who has manifested deep knowledge and experience during your time as Commissioner of Police in Rivers State and other postings. So we are very confident that you are bringing along with you years of experience in crime busting and coordination of complex investigations of crimes.”
