Amb. Emeni Ibe Mourns Victims Of Tragic Fatal Accident

The President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Ambassador Emeni Ibe (JP AP), has expressed deep sorrow and heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the tragic fatal accident that occurred yesterday along East-West Road, Rumuji, Emohua Local Government Area. of Rivers State, when coming back from Port Harcourt. 
The heartbreaking incident, which claimed precious lives, has left the people in deep pain and mourning. The ONC President General described the incident as painful, unfortunate, and a great loss not only to the affected families but also to Orashi region and society at large.
Amb Emeni Ibe, in his condolence message, prayed for the peaceful repose of the souls of the departed and asked God Almighty to comfort the bereaved families and give them the strength to bear the painful and irreplaceable loss.
He further used the medium to call on commercial drivers, private motorists, and all road users to always apply caution, patience, and participate always while driving, especially on highways and during rainy periods. He stressed the importance of obeying traffic rules and speed limits, emphasizing that many accidents can be prevented through careful and responsible driving.
“Life is precious, and no journey is worth risking through reckless driving. “Drivers must always be mindful of road conditions, especially during rainfall, and ensure they drive responsibly to avoid preventable tragedies such as this,” the Orashi National Congress ONC PG stated.
Ambassador Emeni Ibe also encouraged the grieving families to remain strong and continue to put their trust in God during this difficult moment, noting that God alone understands every situation and remains the ultimate source of comfort and healing.
“May the souls of the departed rest in perfect peace. Amen!” he prayed.
