President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Ambassador Comrade Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Mr. Owupele Benebo, Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Deputy Governor of Rivers State, Prof. Ngozi Odu.
In a goodwill message on behalf of ONC leadership and members, Ambassador Ibe described Mr. Benebo as a dedicated professional whose contributions to public communication and service delivery have been noteworthy.
“On behalf of the leadership and members of the Orashi National Congress, ONC, I say Happy Birthday to you, Mr. Owupele Benebo,” Ambassador Ibe stated.
“I use this medium to commend you for the great work you are doing for our distinguished Orashi daughter and our mother, Her Excellency, Prof. Ngozi Odu, Deputy Governor of Rivers State. Your diligence, loyalty and commitment to duty are highly appreciated.”
Ambassador Ibe prayed for God’s continued guidance, good health and wisdom for Mr. Benebo in the new age, noting that his role in projecting the policies and programmes of the Rivers State Government deserves encouragement.

Mr. Owupele Benebo serves as S.A on Media to Prof. Ngozi Odu, an illustrious daughter of the Orashi Region who is currently Deputy Governor of Rivers State.
