The President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe (JP AP), has congratulated His Excellency Sir Siminalayi Fubara, the Executive Governor of Rivers State and Her Excellency Prof Ngozi Odu, the Deputy Governor, on their third year in office.
