The President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb. Emeni Ibe JP, AP, has called on all members and participants of the ongoing Orashi Youth Forum Worldwide election at the Ahoada West Local Government Secretariat to remain peaceful, lawful, and orderly throughout the electoral process.
Speaking during the buildup to the election, Amb. Emeni Ibe, who is recognized as the first President of the Orashi Youth Forum Worldwide and current Chairman of the Board of Advisers, emphasized that leadership transition through credible elections remains the only recognized democratic means of attaining leadership within the forum.
He urged all contestants, delegates, supporters, and youths across the Orashi region to shun violence, intimidation, and any act capable of disrupting the exercise, while encouraging everyone to uphold unity, maturity, and sportsmanship.
According to him, the election process should serve as a symbol of democracy, peace, and collective progress for the Orashi people.
