The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, Orashi National Congress, ONC, and the National President of the Southern Youths Foundation of Nigeria, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, has joined community leaders and stakeholders to celebrate Mr. Blessyn Okpowo, Manager of Community Affairs at Aradel Holdings Plc, on his birthday.
