The President General of Niger Delta socio-cultural group, Orashi National Congress, ONC, has celebrated HRH King Mujahid Asari Dokubo, Amanyanabo of Torusarama Piri (Elem Kalabari) on his 61st Birthday and 5th Royal Anniversary.
