The President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, has celebrated his beloved wife, Amb. Mrs. Juliet Emeni Ibe, on the occasion of her birthday anniversary.
In a birthday message to Amb Mrs. Ibe, the ONC PG said, “On behalf of myself, the Executives, the members of the ONC and the entire membership of the Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria, I most happily wish to congratulate my beloved wife, Mrs Juliet Emeni Ibe, on her birthday celebration”.
