The State Coordinator of Civil Society Campaign Council for Tinubu 2027, Amb. Comrade Emeni Ibe, has declared that the Executive Governor of Rivers State, His Excellency Sir Siminalayi Fubara, will serve as Governor for a total of eight years with his Deputy, Prof Ngozi Odu.
Amb Emeni Ibe made this declaration on Friday, 2nd January 2026, while hosting his supporters and the leadership of Orashi National Congress in PH
Addressing the supporters and leaders, Amb Emeni stated that the people of Orashi region have aligned with Governor Siminalayi Fubara following his defection to the All Progressive Congress (APC).
He further affirmed that the people of the region are fully committed to supporting the Governor and ensuring his re-election for a second term, alongside working for the success of the President in his bid for a second tenure.
