Respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, Orashi National Congress (ONC), has joined well-wishers across Nigeria in celebrating the 77th birthday of His Excellency, Sir Dr. Peter Otunuya Odili, CON, GSSRS, KCSGG, former Governor of Rivers State, fondly remembered as “The Golden Governor”.
