The President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe (JP AP), has highly commended the distinguished lawmaker representing Rivers West Senatorial District, Her Excellency Senator Dr Mrs. Ipalibo Harry Banigo, for quality and outstanding representation at the National Assembly.
While speaking to the media in Ahoada, Rivers State, Amb Ibe said, “On behalf of the Orashi National Congress, ONC, I must highly commend our respected lawmaker and mother, Senator Dr Mrs. Ipalibo Banigo, for her outstanding representation of our people at the National Assembly”.
