Apex Niger Delta socio-cultural group, Orashi National Congress, ONC, has paid a courtesy/solidarity visit to Commander Emeka Onyeocha, the OSPAC General Commander, Rivers State.
Speaking during the visit on Friday 13th June, 2025, the President General of the Congress said, “It is with great joy and profound gratitude that I Senior Comrade P-Amb. Emeni Ibe by the special grace of God Almighty led this great delegation for a courtesy/solidarity visit to you sir, in appreciation of your faithful discharge of duties as the OSPAC General Commander, Rivers State, Nigeria, towards the promotion of security, healthy-cohesion and peaceful coexistence among the people of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area, Orashi Region and Rivers State in General”.
“We pledge our cooperation and total support to you Commander Emeka Onyeocha as the OSPAC General Commander, Rivers State, Nigeria. We are here to welcome you and to congratulate you on your assumption of office as well as to present you this Award of Excellence.”

The OSPAC General Commander, Onyeocha, in his brief response thanked the Congress for the visit and commended them for their noble initiatives aimed at curbing crimes and sensitization of people in the region. He promised to work together with the group while thanking them for the award and honour.
