ONC Passes Vote Of Confidence On CP Adepoju Olugbenga Adewale For Outstanding Service To Rivers State 

 
The Orashi National Congress, ONC, has passed a resounding vote of confidence on the Commissioner of Police, Rivers State Command, CP Adepoju Olugbenga Adewale, in recognition of his outstanding commitment to maintaining peace, law, and order across Rivers State.
The decision was reached during a strategic meeting of the Congress, where members reviewed recent security developments and acknowledged the significant role CP Adewale has played in stabilizing volatile areas, particularly in the Orashi region.
In his statement, the President General of the ONC, Amb. Comr. Emeni Ibe, commended the Commissioner for his proactive and people-oriented approach to policing, which has contributed greatly to reducing criminal activities such as cultism, kidnapping, and communal violence.
“CP Adepoju Olugbenga Adewale has demonstrated uncommon dedication and professionalism since his assumption of duty. Under his watch, we have witnessed tangible progress in the fight against insecurity in our communities. His leadership has restored a sense of safety among the people of the Orashi region,” Amb. Ibe noted.
He further emphasized that the Congress, representing the collective voice of the Orashi people, stands firmly behind the Commissioner and encourages him to continue his good work without fear or favour.
The ONC also used the opportunity to call for deeper collaboration between community stakeholders and security agencies, stressing that sustained peace can only be achieved through trust, transparency, and partnership.
This vote of confidence by the Orashi National Congress serves as a strong endorsement of CP Adewale’s efforts and a call for continued excellence in service to the people of Rivers State.
