Notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, has joined the great people of Abua/Odual Local Government Area of Rivers State to appreciate the Distinguished Lawmaker representing Rivers West Senatorial District, Her Excellency Senator Dr Ipalibo Harry Banigo, for quality representation at the National Assembly.
In a statement signed by the President General of the Congress, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, the group said, “We want to use this medium to join the great people of Abua/Odual Local Government Area to highly appreciate our Distinguished Senator, Dr Ipalibo Harry Banigo, for quality representation at the Red Chamber of the National Assembly”.
