ONC Commends Gov Fubara Over Ongoing Projects In Orashi Region

Respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, has applauded the Executive Governor of Rivers State, His Excellency Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS, for the remarkable strides his administration is making in the Orashi region, particularly in infrastructure and social development.

 

In a statement issued by the President General of the ONC, Amb. Emeni Ibe (JP, AP), the Congress expressed satisfaction with the pace and quality of projects currently underway across various communities in the region.

 

Amb. Emeni Ibe highlighted the nearing completion of Phase 2 of the Ahoada–Omoku Road, a critical link that will boost economic activities and enhance mobility for residents. He also commended the construction and upgrade of healthcare facilities, particularly the Ahoada Zonal Hospital and the Omoku Health Centre, describing them as life-changing initiatives that will improve access to quality medical services.

 

Additionally, he noted the ongoing development of the Secondary School in Okaki, Ahoada West, and the various road construction projects in Abua, which he said demonstrate the Governor’s commitment to balanced and inclusive development across the state.

“The transformational projects under Governor Fubara’s administration are clear evidence of purposeful leadership,” Amb. Ibe stated. “The Orashi region is witnessing progress like never before, and it is only right that we acknowledge and appreciate these efforts.”

The ONC President General called on the people of Rivers State, especially residents of the Orashi region, to continue supporting the Governor so he can deliver even more developmental projects. He emphasized that unity and collective support are essential to sustaining the state’s growth trajectory.

The Orashi National Congress reaffirmed its readiness to partner with the government in promoting peace, development, and community advancement across the region.
