PIUS ADE BABALEYE (PAB)

Chief Abisoye Oshodi, a highly respected leader in Lagos State and a pillar of the community, has categorically addressed recent rumours regarding his support for the forthcoming Lagos State governorship election.
Known for his integrity, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to the progress of Lagos, Chief Oshodi has always prioritized the collective interest of the state over individual politics.
In a statement, Chief Oshodi emphasized that he does not have a preferred candidate at this time and will support whoever is endorsed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the GAC leadership in Lagos State. He affirmed, “I will abide by anyone supported by APC and GAC leaders in Lagos State. I don’t have a favourite candidate, and I remain committed to the unity and prosperity of our beloved state.”
The distinguished leader also warned against fraudulent activities circulating in his name, particularly on social media. Reports of a WhatsApp group allegedly associated with Lagos indigene networks soliciting money under his name are completely false.
Chief Oshodi made it clear: “I will tell you categorically that if you fall victim, you are on your own. I do not operate or have any WhatsApp group. Please be careful and do not fall prey to scams”.
Chief Oshodi’s commitment to good governance and continuity is unwavering. He supports candidates who will continue the remarkable work of His Excellency Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, ensuring that Lagos State remains a beacon of development, progress, and opportunity for all its citizens.
As one of Lagos’ most revered leaders, Chief Abisoye Oshodi continues to exemplify wisdom, integrity, and prudence—guiding the people with clarity and caution, and placing the interest of Lagos above all else.
