In a historic and unanimous decision by the Board of Governors of the United Kingdom of Atlantis (UKA), Her Royal Highness Duchess Amb.Cletus Chikaodi Leaticia has been officially appointed as the Global Ambassador of Japan for the decentralized sovereign kingdom.
This landmark appointment, confirmed through Executive Order No. 000.030.025, was issued under the authority of His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Dr. Solomon Uchenna Winning, reigning monarch and Chairman of the Board of Governors of UKA.
The executive order signifies a strategic move in strengthening the global diplomatic corps of UKA and reinforcing its ties with nations and international communities across the globe.
As the Global Ambassador to Japan, HRH Duchess Amb. Cletus Chikaodi Leaticia is entrusted with full authority and honour to represent the interests and values of the United Kingdom of Atlantis within the region. She will be responsible for selecting and endorsing qualified Atlantian citizens and government officials for international postings and partnerships.
She is also expected to foster diplomatic relations between UKA and Japan, encouraging mutual cooperation and cultural exchange. Additionally, she will advance the presence and influence of UKA globally, particularly in East Asia, by building strong alliances and promoting sustainable development goals. Also, as a General Manager of ATLANTIAN CROWN BANK LLC to 204 Cities and Empires of United Kingdom of Atlantis, she is bound to foster good relationships in Banking Institution.

HRH Duchess Amb. Cletus joins a growing number of distinguished individuals tasked with carrying UKA’s vision into new territories and cultures.
Her appointment takes effect immediately as of July 7, 2025, and will serve as a critical link between UKA and Japan for cultural, technological, and socio-political collaboration.
