In a clear demonstration of his open-door policy and commitment to inclusive governance, the Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA and APC re-election candidate, Hon. Segun Odunmbaku, alongside his running mate Alhaja Kafaya Layeni, has continued to embark on series of strategic community engagements aimed at giving stakeholders across the LCDA a strong sense of belonging.
From Ojodu Residents Association to the Rebirth CDA of Omole Estate, People Living With Disabilities and Kogi /North Central Indigenes to members of the Jandor PDP Group who recently returned to the APC fold, Hon. Odunmbaku has left no group behind in his grassroots outreach. These meetings, held at Gabovies in Ojodu and the DOS/KFL Campaign Office in Agidingbi, are part of a broader strategy to promote participatory governance under the #HEYSReloaded agenda.
At each forum, Hon. Odunmbaku—fondly known as DOS—highlighted the achievements of his administration in PHC upgrades and free surgeries, free exam forms and school transportation, skill acquisitions programmes, empowerment initiatives and road constructions, shared plans for inclusive development in his second term and reaffirmed his belief in a leadership model that empowers minority groups, residents, and even former political rivals.
The meetings had APC LGA Chairperson, Alhaja Stella Kokumo and party leaders with DOS/KFL Campaign Council DG, Barr Olawale Ajala and his team alongside community elders, landlords and residents actively participating in robust engagements as the campaign continues to embody unity, collaboration and transparent engagement ahead of the 2025 Local Government elections.
