A case of defamation of character, which was brought against Former Acting President of Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide and Incumbent National President of Niger Delta Nonviolence Agitators Forum (NDNAF), Most Senior Comrade Wisdom Oniekpar Ikuli, by Dr. Felix Tuodolo, Pioneer President of IYC, has been struck out by the Bayelsa State High Court.
While reacting to the ruling of the High Court on Monday, 14th July, 2025, an elated Most Senior Comrade Ikuli said,
Almighty God has vindicated me again!
A case of defamation of character that was brought against me, has been struck out by the High Court in Bayelsa State”.
“Udengs Eradiri brought a similar case against me few years ago at the State High Court and I won. The Court asked him to pay me ₦3,000,000.00. He has appealed the case to the Court of Appeal, where I will also win up to Supreme Court. At the end, he will pay me all the accumulated Judgement Debt.”
“The State High Court has vindicated me again. I do not look for problem. But as a proud and very outstanding illustrious son of the Ijaw Nation, I have never been afraid of cases that are brought against me.”
“They deliberately bring up frivolous cases and they make me to be spending money traveling from Abuja to Bayelsa State every now and then to attend to their frivolous cases.”
“In all, I give God the glory and also thank great sons and daughters of the Ijaw Nation that always stand by me in every moment of trial” Comrade Wisdom Oniekpar Ikuli concluded.
