Amb. Emeni Ibe Visits National Leader Of Simplicity Movement, High Chief Sobomabo Jackrich

In a significant step towards consolidating the Simplicity Movement in Ahoada East, Ambassador Comrade Emeni Ibe, the newly inducted leader of the Ahoada East chapter, on Wednesday led a delegation of leaders and executives of the local government chapter on a familiarization visit to the National Leader of the Movement, High Chief (Amb.) Hon. Sobomabo Jackrich.
The strategic meeting, which was held at the Simplicity Movement State Secretariat in Port Harcourt, was marked by camaraderie, words of inspiration, and renewed commitment to the ideals of loyalty, simplicity, and grassroots development under the leadership of Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
High Chief Sobomabo Jackrich warmly received the delegation and congratulated Amb. Emeni Ibe on his recent induction. He described Ibe as a bold and vocal voice for the Governor, expressing confidence in his ability to effectively build and solidify the movement’s structure across Ahoada East.
“I have known Amb. Emeni Ibe for some time now and can attest to his strength, clarity of purpose, and passion for justice,” the National Leader stated.
“With him leading the charge in Ahoada East, I am confident the Simplicity Movement will take deep root and flourish. I encourage him and his team to work together in unity and stay focused on building a structure that reflects the spirit of Governor Fubara’s leadership.”
In his response, Amb. Emeni Ibe thanked the National Leader for the warm reception, guidance, and open show of support. He praised High Chief Jackrich for his consistent leadership and dedication to grassroots empowerment, assuring him that the Ahoada East chapter would live up to expectations.
“I am humbled and honored by your kind words and encouragement,” Amb. Ibe said. “This visit is not just symbolic — it is a declaration of our readiness to work in alignment with your vision and that of our Governor. We will not disappoint. Ahoada East is solidly behind the Simplicity Movement, and we will build a structure that reflects loyalty, unity, and developmental focus.”
The visit ended with mutual reaffirmation of support and unity, as the Ahoada East delegation pledged to carry the message of simplicity across communities and wards, strengthening the grassroots ahead of future engagements.
