The President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, who doubles as the National President of the Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria, has felicitated with His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, on the occasion of his 74th birthday.
