The President General of the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, who doubles as the National President of the Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria, has felicitated with the Chief of Staff to the Rivers State Governor, Rt Hon Edison Ehie (Eze Ugboji Ekpeye Logbo) on the occasion of his 6th marriage anniversary.
