Amb. Comrade Emeni Ibe Commends Gov Fubara, Deputy & Commissioner Over Commitment To Healthcare 

Following the commissioning of the revitalised Model Primary Health Care Centre and the flag-off of a two-day free medical outreach programme at Akabuka, in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area, the President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, has highly commended the Executive Governor of Rivers State, His Excellency Sir Siminalayi Fubara, his Deputy, Prof Ngozi Odu and the Commissioner for Health, Dr Adaeze Oreh, for their genuine concern about the health and welfare of the Rivers people. 
‎Amb. Ibe, in his message of commendation on Tuesday said, “On behalf of the Orashi National Congress, ONC, I highly appreciate the Rivers State Government as led by His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara and Deputy, Prof Ngozi Odu, for their genuine commitment to a comprehensive overhaul of the State’s healthcare delivery system through an integrated and people-focused approach”.
“Worthy of commendation is the Honourable Commissioner for Health, Dr Adaeze Oreh, who the Government has through her Ministry introduced unique and comprehensive health packages that integrate primary healthcare, secondary healthcare, and health insurance.”
“Our amiable Governor, his Deputy and the Honourable Commissioner deserve huge applause for ensuring that vulnerable groups including the elderly, pregnant women, and children under five, now have access to healthcare services free of charge. It is indeed cheering that the Government has shown strong commitment to expanding and improving the quality of healthcare services at the grassroots.
‎”I am personally happy that the Model Primary Health Care Centre, Akabuka, which had remained abandoned, received the attention and intervention of our performance oriented Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara. It is indeed worthy of commendation.”
